As most of you know, we began offering Dysport last month.  We have had lots of questions about the product and how it is different from Botox.  Both Dysport and Botox are FDA approved to reduce the appearance of wrinkles by relaxing the underlying muscles.  The primary difference is in the potency of trace proteins.  This allows Dysport to "kick in" sooner than Botox.  However, they both last the same length of time (3-4 months) and cost the same.  Some clients prefer one over the other and feel like one lasts longer for them, but on average most people can not tell a difference.  Dysport is owned by a company called Galderma, and they too have a rewards program similar to Brilliant Distinctions called Aspire.  You can use your points to save money on Dysport.  For more info, give us a call!
